TERMS & CONDITIONS

~ All of my work is done through MS Word using the 'track changes' feature.

~ Once the proofread is complete, it is down to the author to accept and/or reject any changes I suggest.

~ Payment must be sent on receipt of invoice. The manuscript will be returned once payment is received.

~ Any quoted price may be subject to change dependent on manuscript word count.

~ Although I aim to pick up on every error, it may not always be one hundred percent perfect.

~ Authors have 72 hours once manuscript is returned to notify me if you have any complaints.

~ Book covers may be used on my business website and/or social media. If you would rather it was not used, please notify me when booking.

~ Although I try to complete projects within 3-5 days, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that will cause delay. If this were to happen, I would keep you updated throughout.

~ All payments are to be made through PayPal or bank transfer. Payment details are stated on invoices.

~ By sending your manuscript you are accepting these terms and conditions as they are laid out.
